Services

All services rendered, including but not limited to consultations, treatments, and procedures, are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any completed or partially completed services. Our treatments are tailored to individual needs, and results may vary. We are dedicated to working with you to achieve your desired outcome through a personalized treatment plan.

Products

Unopened and unused products purchased from our clinic may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Products purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
